You've heard of the Kogi Truck, but have you heard of the Buttermilk truck? Pretty much the same concept: good food in a truck coming to a location near you, except this one has JUST breakfast goodness. Yep. Not exactly a pioneer with the idea, BUT the first of its kind: only breakfast food. A friend's sister launched this baby not too long ago and the hype is kickin' in.
Ok, so the truck wasn't at a location near us.. so we got our asses up early in the morning to a not-so-near El Segundo just to have a taste of the glory.. see what it tastes like. And yes, it was glorious. No line, nice people, reasonable pricing, and no traffic. It was the start to a good day.
